A number of problems with the lil machine.

1. The cd player doesnt work, the message says "can not play CD" i opened the case thinking if i cleaned the laser it might work but when i opened case a cable came out....which leads to problem 2.

2. It doesnt turn on anymore... :-(

the cable is thin and white on both sides, flat with writing that says "sumitomo-s AWM 2896 80C VW-1". I know where one side connects to (the bottom middle of motherboard) but i cant seem to find the other socket.

I know this sounds like the most ridiculous of questions but any help would be appriciated! TA!

3. When it did turn on you could bearly hear anything on full blast. I checked the speakers on my other stereo and they work fine. I also put in headphones and still the sound was very weak.
