I know there are probally many topics on this but i don't not have much time I was wondering if i could hook up an 8" JL car sub to my sterio in my room this is not a high tech sterio but more or less a 50$ sterio with the 2 stock speekers and 4 spekers form about 1980 hooked in i was wondering if i could simply plug the 8" sub (in box) into the sterios Pos and Neg hook ups and it would put out sum bass with out an amp??
