Hello All,
I have a Yamaha RX-V2095 A/V receiver and I bought some Polk 6500rm satellite and subwoofer package years ago. I moved and then setup the same equipment at the new place and now my sub only works with DD or DTS 5.1 DVDs.
When I play two channel audio on my DVD player, the sub does work. I believe it used to work with common audio CDs. My sub is hooked up using the RCA output. I checked the settings through the receiver and have sub output set to "Sub" not "main."
