Why won't my brand new pioneer vsx-d912 receiver respond to its remote? Everything seems fine when using controls on receiver. Remote does control other devices when programmed but won't control anything on the receiver, even "power" Have I turned it off somehow or missed a connection? Tried new batteries if course. :-)
