The phonebook and internet has yielded zero results. Anybody in the bay area know where to go for a tune up on a dual 1019?

I took my Dual 505-1 to L&M Electronics on Geneva in Daly City out by the Cow Palace, and they did a good job replacing belts, tuning it up, etc. They charge $40 for diagnostic, call you with an estimate, and will apply the $40 to whatever work you have done. 415-586-1840. I also spoke to A-Plus Electronics on Van Ness in SF and they said they could do the same work. Never went there, though. 415-474-2111. Best of luck.

I have a beogram RX2 which needs a new RCA jack cable to replace the failed one. I can get the cable myself. I have had the table apart and can
see exactly what needs to be done. I would like to have the cable replaced. Any takers for this job?

For those folks in the East Bay, I can recommend the Stereo Doctor in Dublin for competent and fairly priced repairs.
