Since it's hard to find a place to demo the combos I'm looking at, I'm hoping someone can provide guidance.

I have PSB Stratus speakers (Silveri fronts, C6i center, SubSonic 7 sub). If I need something that's not overly complicated to use (since I'm not an A/V expert) but still sounds great with PSB's, which receiver would you recommend: Denon AVR-3805, NAD T763, or something better/cheaper?
Thanks in advance.

If you buy NAD you are taking a chance, some
have had hiss and or hum problems.

I bought an Arcam avr200 after returning two 763 with hum and hiss problem. It was a downgrade in terms of power and features but an upgrade in sound quality. If you really like the sound of Nad including the hiss, well buy it if not look something else. Denon is excellent in movies but anemic in music.
