I have a denon 3802 I will be using as preamp and using klipsch reference series speakers as center, front and surrounds. which setup would give better results or are they the same, between a 6 channel amp or 3 seperate 2 channel amps.

Bert,
Depends on the quality of the amps. If you are looking at something like Crown or QSC, I would go with the power amps and processor as apposed to a "tuner amp".
