I have old MZ-R35. But according to Sony, all their Mini-Disc walkmans are designed to turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

I want turn 'on' and 'off' music 'instantly' ie without pause. If I push Pause button to stop music then after 5 mins of inactivity the machine switches off to standby. Obviously there is then a few seconds delay to start up the music again. Is there a work-around to this problem? Thanks.

I have SONY network walkman NW-MS77DR and i dont have Sonic Stage 1.5/1.1 or any other software for that matter which is required for me to download upgrade 2.0.So does anybody know where i can find any of these programs for a NW not an md(in english of course..)Thanx
