Hi All, I recently bought a Yamaha RX-V350, and I guess I was too heavy handed with the volume knob, but the rod has snapped, as it's plastic, so I am left with a broken off volume knob, and a snapped shaft. Epoxing the shaft back together is a bit risky, as the shaft has snapped flush with the mounting bezel, and I dont know how well the epoxy would hold up to everyday use. Does anykne know of a suitable replacement part? I think what I am looking for is an encoder, like a potentiometer that never stops. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance, Tom Fleet |

Can't you use the remote for the volume? |

I can, but it would be nice to have the funcionality of the control knob, not to mention the asthetics are taking quite a hit too... |
