I have Arcam Alpha 9p Power Amp, and I need a pre-amp with two sets of outputs for bi-amping in future. Please recommend models you have experienced that could go well with Arcam. thanks |

Marko, There are loads to choose from. If you wanted to biamp immediately, you could buy an Arcam A90 and biamp with the P9 which would be a good partnering. Arcam also make the FMJ C30 preamp which is excellent. The Cyrus Pre-X has three preouts so you could triamp with that model. It's a cooler presentation which is probably a good thing since the Arcams, particularly the older models, are quite warm. That's just a couple in a long list that could be worth your while looking at. Regards, Frank. |

When I try to run cassette tape to my philips stand alone CD burner I get a very low signal, Not enuff to move the meter on the burner! When I use a turn table I have no problem. I run the gear into a 10 band EQ & even with that I can't boost the tape singnall enuff to burn a disc! My guess is I need to run some kinda amp between the tape & CD burner. Any ideas on what I need. Jinamann |
