I have a Lyra 2012.. Currently when I turn it on it says NO FILES. it flashed between this and the filed screen no buttons will work other the to stop it flashing for a seconds. I have tried the drivers...I have reformated it.. I'm running out of options? anyone have any idea whats going on. I got two and only happened to one. I did a profile this eve on the Lyra itself and this has been happening ever since? It will play music only if you hold a button other wise is fast forwards through. Any suggestions welcome.
