hi, am looking to update my amp and speakers. I came across a Nikko amp that was rated at 170 watts per channel. That is about the amount I was looking for. I am not overly fimiliar with Nikko products and was hoping somebody could tell me what their amps are like.

I have a circa 1980 Nikko Alpha 220 power amp, rated at 120W per channel into 8 ohms and double that into 4 ohms. I like it quite a lot.
