Excuse my poor English, but i am a poor French CowBoy so far away from US...

So, i have a NAD T163 and i want to upgrade it with the new V2 firmware, but the french distributor doesn't wan't to give it to any dealer or customer !!!

Could someone help me ?

I just want to upgrade the Firmware. I don't wan't to have DPLIIx and to upgrade the Hardware.
