My equipment isn't the best, I know. At the moment I don't really care because I'm a student and need the money for things other than high-end audio equipment. But I have built up a nice collection of records, and it'd be nice if I could play them away from home.

So I need a good, inexpensive setup, preferably one which I can connect to my computer's sub using optical out or the normal green little plug. It's a Creative Megaworks 2.1 setup thingy. I'm assuming I'll need a turntable and an amp which is fine.

Please... the cheapest setup which won't sound horrible and will work on what I have without me needing to buy any new speakers at this juncture.

Cheers. Email would be best, but I'll try and check back often.
