I have been trying to figure out what kind of MD recorder I need on and off for about 2 years. I'm hoping that someone knows the answer here. What I would ultimately like is a MD recorder that 1. records outside noise (I'm a singer and need to tape lessons, recitals, etc.) 2. can hook up to your stereo so you don't need to use headphones 3. can be hooked up to your computer and make your sound files into a CD 4. pay between $100-200 for it. I know this is asking a lot - so if nothing like it exists, the bare minimum that i need is something that records my voice (and a piano/instruments). I know there's a Sony MZN420D for $99 and then I was thinking of getting the Sony ECM-DS70P microphone. Would this do the job?? What are your expert opinions. I would LOVE any advice you have because I would like to buy this sooner than later. THanks so much. Stephanie
