I believe the Polk LSi are 4 ohm speakers, correct? If so, will the Onkyo 901 be able to power these speakers. I am really new to this type of sruff so please excuse the lack of knowledge. But I just heard that there could be some problems with speakers are 4 ohms and you do not have the correct receiver. Any thoughts????

You are correct,the LSI's are 4 ohm speakers.
The Onkyo 901 will be able to drive them. Onkyo lists this reciever as 4ohm capable on their website.
