i was just given a JVC L-F41 turntable with an Ortofon VMS 5E mkII cartridge. hadn't been used in about 10 years and the music quality is not great (prob. bad stylus). can anyone suggest a replacement stylus for the ortofon cartridge and where i can go to get it? alternatively, should i replace the cartridge as well, and with what? i really want to spend as little as possible for the best sound possible. many thanks.
