my kenwood av-2080 just died on me after 4 years of usage. i used it for my sound room on movies (DTS/THX) together with bose accousticmass 15 speakers. i need a new receiver for the same purpose but looking for an upgrade to 6.1/7.1 speaker system in the future. any suggestions on a good receiver under $1K? thanks.
