Hi All,
Long time/ first time.....
Anyway, I really have my heart set on the OnkyoTX-NR801 A/V receiver because of a few factors (among others):
1) Net-Tune
2) THX
3) Onkyo name
4) 100wx7
I am just wondering, sonically speaking, what are the best matches for onkyo receivers, in particular the NR801. I really like Klipsch, but have read that Onkyo+Klipsch is a terrible match (too bright!!). Although I have read that onkyo is laid back, and therefore a bright speaker with onkyo would be a good match! Help!
I am looking at spending around $1500-2000 for a sub (8'), 2 fronts, a center and 2 rears....
