I've got an Electrocompaniet EMC-1 24/192 Cd player, a TagMcLaren AV192 (soon-upgrading my AV-32R) Pre-amp, a Linn LK-140 amp, and a pair of Linn Ninka speakers. The cables are level with the system.
My goal is to get my system sound closer to high-end. What're your advises folks ?

I would replace the Linn gear with a Innersound ESL amp and the Digital Phase AP-2.1 floorstanding speakers. Don't rely overly on prices as a measure of sound quality. The above items will outperform the more expensive Linn stuff.
