can the nad 5.1 be up graded to a 7.1 if i add a power amp. also can the power amp be of any brand. will there be any sound difference if a different brand is used. looking forward for an answer. thankyou |

The T752, T753 and up can, T742, T743 cant.

Yes.

Yes. Power amps do sound different, but you can find models from other manufacturers that will be close enough to the NAD sound. |

thanks for clearing this up landroval. would it be best to use the NAD power to match up with the NAD amp or can a different band sound better. thanks

Depends how much you want to spend, and are you using the power amp (2ch I believe?) for the fronts or surround-back? |
