I bought a refurbished 3803 (i know, i know) and the 90 day manufacturer warranty has expired. There is a little red light that KEEPS flashing and then shutting down the receiver. I have looked in the manual and it says that the speaker wires may have caused a short circuit or that it is not properly ventilated. As of right now, it is neither. I cannot attest that it was not before, but now it is NOT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? AM I SCREWED????? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! |

Sounds like overheating... You may need to clean it. Try a can of compressed air... might as well take the cover off as it's out of warranty. Another option is professional cleaning, but since this is a stab in the dark at the problem... may not be worth it until you can narrow down the problem. |
