I want to replace the 30 year old output cables on my Thorens. The originals are so cheap looking. There simply must be something better out there!

I'm hoping for some suggestions for cables available in the US, probably midgrade in terms of price (<$150), which match the impedance and capacitance requirements of the deck and MM cartridge. Also, one end of the cables must be bare so that they can be soldered to the junction block inside the deck.
