There is a thread on this site that has opinions for the best receiver. It has gotten a lot a attention; so I would like to start a thread that gets opinions on the best speakers. Lets limit it to bookshelf speakers just to keep the list from getting too long. Obviously prices need to be taken in to consideration as well. Any thoughts? |

what price range?
i picked up JBL nd310ii's for $340 FOR THE PAIR!! retail is like 399 a piece. they sound awesome hooked up with a powerful reciever, i love them. id highly recommend them, they're last years models, so can be had very cheap, usually not as cheap as i got them |

Maybe I shouldn't have said anything about price. I didn't mean to confuse things. I am just trying to compile the same sort of list for speakers that the receiver thread is doing. |
