Newby needs help!~! We built new home last year and installed speakers in ceiling for surround sound. I have Sharp TV*VCR combo, model 25VT-H80 TV and new Audio/Video Receiver, RCA Professional Series. I can figure out how to hook up the speakers (I think) to the receiver, but how do I hook the TV up to it. I also have Direct TV attached to TV. Please help me!! Thanks in advance.

Linda,

I am unfamiliar with your TV, but there should be an "audio out" on the back of the tv. It will likely be to rca jacks...one red and one white. Use a standard rca cable to connect this with one of the video inputs on your receiver.
